When we have a request to supply and fit a new boiler we will in the first instance come and survey the job requested for feasibility and that regulations with regard the current standards of UK Safe Practice and manufacturer specifications.
Once this has been established a recommendation of which type and make of boiler will be made. Included in this are the parts of a job that make up a professional installation.

- System Power Flush
- Temperature and timer controls
- Correct gas pipe sizing
- Necessary plumbing parts
- Radiator valves and radiators
- Gas safe notification
- Gas Safety Certificate
- Brickwork
- Magnetic filter
- Warranty applications
- 2 year workmanship warranty
- Rubbish clearance
These are what will make up the quote and are specified so one can see what they are buying and are to expect of the job being done.

Any new boiler installation will come together with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty, meaning you can rest assured in the knowledge that should your boiler not work as you need it to, you are completely covered.
All new boilers fitted are required to be notified to Gas Safe that it was fitted, when, and by whom. The customer will then receive a certificate of Building Regulations of Fitting in the post - this is needed when selling the property.
